Problem not solved. Go figure. Of course it'd be nice if I could import directly from phone to Picasa, but this is a good workaround. Then uninstall itunes.Then restart the computer, and then reinstall itunes firstand reinstall picasa second.And then, there should be no reason this isnt working..
