Jan 3, 2001 I get the following error when I try to run my scheduled job.sqlmaint.exe failed. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 22029). You cannot edit HTML code. The actual Step runsa Stored Procedure, but the Job keeps failing and returning the followingerror"sqlmaint.exe failed. [SQLSTATE 42000](Error 22029). This backup was taken post the database was corrupt.Below im sharing the information on all the steps that I tried and finally getting the backup work with minimal data loss. check over here

When I run the script from Query Analyser it works fine. the backup was corrupted and I had to fall back to a previous day and use tran logs to get current - IMHO you are hosed on that backup file. -- SQLServer and the corresponding services are at actual update level. We're running Windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2005 SP2.
