The service account is allready local admin on the PVS server and SQL server. There was a Database Error. after that we were unable to promote the vdisk. See if this resolves the issue....if it does hotfix 19 should resolve the issue using the remote PVS console.

While changing the Mode on a vDisk, I received the dubious ‘An unexpected MAPI error occurred" error shown below.
