IT'S YOUR SERVER'S IP THAT IS BLACKLISTED! To put it simply, an SMTP service is a third-party outgoing email server specifically configured for large-scale email campaigns; it doesn’t require any additional configuration from the end user. AOL is blocking NetSol mail and the individual recipient can't do anything about it, AFAIK.If AOL was blocking Network Solutions IP addresses, we would be getting flooded with calls. There were 3 emails involved: One this morning which returned with the same failuere code A second email sent requesting if the first was received, it wasnt but the 2nd was. This has only happened in the past week for me and a couple of the error messages took two days to come back to me as unsent. Obviously your IP addresses are NOT cleared...I have never had this issue before a couple days ago...something you changed on your end did it, not me!The status today and yesterday is We investigate every report and do everything we can to clear up the issue.The issue was caused by mailboxes having non-secure passwords. Whether from my .mac address, or my business email address. They have a blacklist lookup tool where you can see whether or not your domain is blacklisted on the top blacklists. Per our Email Guidelines, we do not accept mail from these addresses. The 3rd was sent from aol, (heck even from the same aol account) and was returned with the failure code. I also still use mac and pc via parallels desktop as I have programs at work that only run on pc. I tested my ISP and it is not on any blacklist however, all the IP's my ns mail is sent from are on multiple blacklists!! Your IP address has been added to a recipient’s private blacklist, which isn’t publicly available; in this case, it’s much harder to find out whether this is what happened. When all of the above is done, make sure that your email isn’t on a blacklist.
